Santo,

$TMP ie local objects are not transportable.

Assign your program to a Package so that you will be able to generate a TR.

Packages can be created in SE21.

Do I need to have Developer Access for doing it? If yes, wht all details I need to give at time of doing it?

If not, a Basis person can do it?

hi,

if you want to transport your program you need to assign it to package which you can do either from menu goto - object directory entries - change from SE38 or using SE03 transaction.
