Problem with CO extractors after ECC upgrade

Hi,

We are facing some problems for controlling extractors after the ECC

6.0 upgrade.

Right now we have problem with following data sources:

0CO_OM_CCA_9

0CO_OM_WBS_6

0CO_OM_OPA_6

The problem is that these requests seems to run forever without any

progress ( 0 with 0 records, status is yellow)

Furthermore, the delta queues in RSA7 appear to be empty for these data

sources.

We have same problem with 2LIS_13_VDKON and 2LIS_11_VAKON too.

If there are some records then it is working fine, if there are 0 records then the expection is not getting triggered it seems. Pls suggest.

Re-init the load and then try delta load.

The ECC upgrade sometimes kills the indexes at the Oracle level (it did on ours)

Check the indexes on COEP - make sure the exist and are active (from memory index 4 is the one)

There are no delta queues for these extractors - they are timestamped based

Also when you did your upgrade testign you did check allt hese things on your test scripts? Including the BWOMSETTINGS tables etc ie snapshot before and after to see if anythign got changed

I am unable ot find that either in BW nor in R/3.ards

But i am not getting any thing from that table. there are 43 entries but i am unable understand the meaning of those entries.

YOu dont have to understand them - you just have to make sure they are the same as before the upgrade (you did take screen dumps before the upgrade didnt you?)

TO be quite honest - the problem is probably due to the indexes (did you check the state of index ?)

It may be helpful if after you have done that to post the job log for one of the long running extractions

We have already tried with indices they are perfectly OK.

We compare with the indices before upgrade.

Even we are facing the same problem with 2LIS_11_VAKON Extractor.

If there are any entries in RSA7 the delta load is getting data and

load is successfully completed, If there is zero records then we are

facing problem.

If you can help me in this i am really thank ful and great ful to you.
