how to configure results for business transactions?

Hi,

I need to configure results for business transactions in CRM. I checked that we have some (probably default) results configured in customizing in this path:

spro->img->transactions-settings for activities->activity->general->industry specific fields->maintain selection list for result.

However, when I create a bussiness transaction, the dropdown "result" is not active and it is not possible to select anything from it.

Could you please advice if there is something I should configure so that we can use the results?

Hi,

The path I mentioned above is not precise. The exact path I used was this:

+IMG->Customer Relationship Management->Transactions-> Setting for Activities->Activity Journal->Industry-

Specific Fields->Maintain Select List for Result+

Hi Jiri,

You can configure result as per u r requirement for u r Activity pls follow the path below:

Spro-Img-Transaction-Setting for Activities-Define Activity reasons-Define Code groups and Codes for catalog.

Here use catalog A2 for result and A1 for Reasons create new code group and in u r Code group define codes in codes give result value as per u r requirement.
