Hi Friends,

While executing Tcode J1IP--

1.the status of some ExciseInvoice shows "Reversed"....what does this exactly refer to ? Infact those Excise Invoices are Active ...not reversed?

2.for some it shows " No output type"...where can i assign the output type for Excise invoice?

2. You will have to maintain the relevant condition record for J1I0 in VV31 and if the bill has already been processed, Go to Change mode of the bill ---> Go To ---> Header --->Output and assign the output type J1I0 and check in J1IP .

Hi,

1. The system will show the status as REVERSED , when the relevant Excise Invoice has been cancelled and the Cenvat utilized has been reversed by the system automatically.

No output type : Means wrong out put type is give in J1IP for that particular invoice

Reversed : U will see the same in RED colour means the cancel invoices.
