Hi,
I need to configure results for business activites in CRM. I checked that we have some (probably default) results configured in customizing in this path:
spro->img->transactions-settings for activities->activity->general->industry specific fields->maintain selection list for result.
However, when I create a bussiness transaction, the dropdown "result" is not active and it is not possible to select anything from it.
Could you please advice if there is something I should configure so that we can use the results?

Sorry, I made a mistake in subject of this post. I meant results, not reasons. I will create a new post.
