EP 7.0 server gets disconnected automatically

Hey Techies

We are facing a problem in EP 7.0 server as it automatically gets disconnected when we try to connect it through browser.

It displays error: connection timeout.

pls guide me if I need to makesome configuration settings in Java system or any further parameter Tuning.

Hi Anirudh,

From what you've mentioned the problem could be with your internet settings (proxy) as well. Difficult to pinpoint the exact solution at this time. The easiest way to find out is by doing a ping to the portal url

It wud be great if you can attach a screenshot of the error or type in the detailed error msg that you see on your browser window.
