Java Applets

HI experts,

I just want to ask regarding Java Applets in SAP Enterprise Portal. How do I test an applet if there are Security Issues in Enterprise Portal.

Hello,

The Java Applets are like the pictures (GIF, JPG, etc). They are just sent to the browser and the browser is responsible for executing and rendering. If there are any security restrictions, those are onto the browser but not at the server side (AS Java/ Portal or whatever server you can imagine).
