Recommeded book for CE.

which is the recommended book from sap-press, that can be used along with "SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 - trial Version" evaluation software that can be downloaded from sdn.

If your language is german, I would advise "Programmierhandbuch - SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment" SAP Press / Galileo Press. Best regards jan

It's good as startup guide, so I would be amazed if no english version exists.

I was looking looking for an english one : )

found below two ones on sappress site.. that come along with ce software trial version..

1. Java Programming with SAP NetWeaver u2014 2nd Edition by Karl Kessler et al (2008)

2. The Developeru2019s Guide to the SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment by Jan Rauscher and Volker Stiehl (2007)

Hi,

I can recommend the second one to get started with CE. It contains a hands-on tutorial and covers the most important components like GP, WD and VC.

Yes, the second one is the english version of the one i advised to you. it's really good to have a first look on ce.
