PD Imparts (028 )Relationship

Hi Friends,

In PD module when we can do profile matchup, even it is showing Qualification deficits also.when we are trying to book as a trainee in Imparts field is constantly mentioned as rating 5 ( Excellent) but now we want to impart qualification required for for that position only.

In 028 relationship i need to maintain any extra relationships

Pls adsvise which relationship would suffise my requirement

Could you check up PLOGI QUALI -A 032 Switch is on or not.

Hi Pallavi,

PD module is working fine. Profile matchups and career plan & succesion plan is also working.

Only i need some info on Imparts relationship when ever employee is booked on basis of deficit qualification during profile matchup, he should impart the qualification rating required for that position only.

Hi,

I udnerstand what is the problem. but when we do profile matchup and click for trainign proposals it takes to business event screen. By default it will take qualification for that particualr event..this is done by maintaitng relationship A 28 imaprts as you have did that.

One thing you can try out is OOET > maintaitning relationship A 28-> go for additional info---> and here you can change the proficiency for that partiucular qualification.

automatically buimess event will have this proficiency level

If you want for particular position wise then Development plan will help.

Thanks for your response, PD module is configured and when we are doing any profile matchup then deficit quslifications are shown as training required.

When i click on training Icon it is taking to other screen in that

scrren Imparts qualification is there in that i want the qulification of that position only rather than default of Rating of Excellent.

I want to impart only that rating that position is suitable for.

Hi Pallavi,

Here is the detailed description of what i am trying to expalin

1) we have qualifications maintained for all the persons

2) When we maintained the ralationships for Qualification to Business Events also.

3) Profile Matchu up and Deficit Qualifictions are shown properly

Now where i have problem is Realtionship 028

This relationship which imparts the qualification with Business event is Defaultly mentioned as

Excellent ( Rating 5 Highest).

we dont want to impart that rating, only he has to impart

the required rating of that position.

Here is a Brief Description of same Qualifications

Required, but the required rating is different according to his

level & dessignation.

when ever they do profile match up if they found deficit

qualification they are booking for training then he is imparting

the qualification of Excellent ( Because _Q B 028

_ in additional data it is mentioned as _Impart proficiency

_ of Excellent ) which is not required according to

his position.

Do you mataining infotype 24. whether for particular person you are maintaing skill level.

And also are u maintainin relationship A031 requires for the position.

We have maintained Infotype 24 with all the qualifications and rating also.

Do u mean to say we need to maintain the Relationship of

Q A 031 S ??

I have maintained Q A031 D with out any proficiency level.
