settlement pending

Hi

all

i am guy from palnt maintenace

once i release the maintenace order settlement rule is created

after technical complete the the cost of the order should be settled to proper settlement receiver

i want to know is there any transaction where i can see the list of orders waiting for settlement or yet to be settled.

i think logically it should be avalable in standars

in order type can i put any ordertype

Hi!

You can use transaction COOIS where you can have your orders with any kind of criterias with Order type selection.

i.e. SETT - for settled order. So, the orders which are not settled must not have this system status.

There are many other criterias like CRTD (Created), REL (Released) and etc.....

So, based on selection of all relevant criterias for you maintainence order, you can see the status of your plant maintainence order.
