update error

Hi All,

We are facing an update error in SM13.

The update got terminated in function module CUSTOMER_INSERT in report LF02DU02

Error details: class F2 Number 802

system error in table KNEX.

Being Basis admin how to troubleshoot the above error.

Pls help to resolve the issue as this is an issue to be addressed.
