ICWC Service Order Screen Changes


We are implementing Service order functionality in Interaction Center WebClient (CRM 2007, sp3). The standard ICWC Service Order screen has a tab layout (having tabs like Overview, Categorization, Actions, etc) which are different views/components. By default, 'Overview' tab is open when Service orders are accessed. My requirements are:

1) Make 'Categorization' tab open by default when Service Orders are accessed. I understand this cannot be done through config in ICWC (unlike CRM Web UI). Do I need to do this through code change? If yes, how?

2) Hide 'Action' tab. How can I do this?
