Ability to save graphic settings on dataview across all users

Hello All,

Do you know how to save a graphic setting on a dataview?

i.e. i have customized a graph on my dataview, which have specific settings.

When i go into the dataview, my settings are as per defined. however when another user enters the dataview, my specific settings are not displayed.

looked up on sap library and saw the following:

The graphical display in interactive planning depends on the following factors:

· It is user-specific.

· It is planning book-specific.

· It is data view-specific.

Is there a possiblity to save a setting at a central place which will be evident across all users?

Thanks

Regards,

Stella

You can assign setting from you user id to other planner user ID by tcode :

/SAPAPO/SDPUSET - User Settings for Interactive Planning

I am not sure wheather it is applicable for graphical setting also.

If it is not applicable than i don't think it is available with std SAP functionality .

Had a play with that and can confirm it is not relevant graphical settings.

Thanks for your help anyway.

It is not possible in Std SAP , but you can do it by development.

"The graphic settings are stored in database tables SAPAPO/PBDVWHDR

with field GRAPHIC_ID, field type GUID_22 .

Can use the function module /SAPAPO/MSDP_PB_GET_GRAPHIC_ID to get it graphical setting.

Thanks. i checked the table and the graphic id is tOt8P5H7Wl6dyW1GLfKppm

i checked it for another user and the graphic id is also tOt8P5H7Wl6dyW1GLfKppm.

looked in the function module /SAPAPO/MSDP_PB_GET_GRAPHIC_ID and it does not return anything unless is specify 001 in the IV_GRIDNR. When i try to use it to set IV_GRIDNR, nothing happens.

would you please be able to clarify if possible?

Thanks.
