Hi ,

In the leave request I want to capture the creator and approver time.Creator and approver name is appear on the Z_leave_request program.But I want to add creator time and approval time in leave request..

Please help me how to get the the time...

That depends.

• If you are storing this information in some table then you can have one task in the beginning of the workflow that will collect this information and use accordingly.

• If you are initiating the workflow from your Z-program then you can pass the details in WF/Event containers.

You can use the details in the task description.

I misread the question.

Well you have the creator and request creation date on the form under 'Entry and approval' block.

In case you want to add the time also to the form.. well that would mean some effort.

If this is only for record purposes, you can save these details in the workflow containers and pass the information via mails to relevant person(s),
