UI config tool

Hi Experts,

I am trying to change Particular account information through UI configuration tool, after selecting a customer in web UI, while doing changes in BP_Head, it is giving error like 'Work bench user and Configuration user are not identical. I think it is replicate problem but I am not sure, if it is so how to resolve this problem

Please help me out experts.

The problem is the user that you are using. The first customizing was done for another user.

Go to transaction SE09 and list all yours customizings requests for all users.

One of user ill fit.

Hi Anvesh,

This is very common issue when you are using different login credentials for CRM system login and workbench login.

Try to use same login details at both the places, your problem will be solved.
