Movements of Valuted Material

Hi,

Please guid me How to move the valuted material

after Migo i use that MB1C and movement type is 561

but it's not working in case of valuted material

account assignment cat... using P,N S Combinition

Hi,

It is not clear what you are trying to say.If you are doing initial entry of inventory in mvt type 561 and in MB1C ,the system is not allowing than what is the message you are getting.This may be due to blocking of the concerned G/L Account of Initial Inventory posting .As this is a one time activity after which the G/L is blocked for posting .But in MIGO you can also do 561 instead of MB1C.

Hi,

Once the material is managed at value as well as quantity both and if you create PO for this material with Account Assignment Category P, N, Q, K, etc... and do GR then material quantity and value both will get consumed immediately. There is not need to do further Goods issue for that.

If you use materials of material type UNBW then after GR only value will get expensed out not quantity and you have to do further Goods Issue to consume inventory and this time no FI entry will come in picture since value has already been expensed out during GR.
