Hi Sapgurus,

Regarding Production order when the Goods Receipt and Goods issue takes place?and for which materials?That is the Finished product is there and Raw materials also existed in the production order.

Serial numbers will be given to Production order or Materials in the Production Order.Please explain in detail as I am not PP consultant.

It depends how have u mapped. GI, GR and confirmation all can take place simultaneously or can be done separately.

Just check if backflush indicators are there for the mataetials then as soon as the assigned operation is confirmed GI for those material will take place.

For GR u can use MB31 or through control key settings.

Could you please tell me GR and GI will be done for which materials.As we see in the production order FP and Rawmaterials are there.

Dear,

Good issue will take place for raw material with 261 movement type. It will decrease the stock of raw material from inventory. (MB1C) and automatic with backflush.

And good reciept for finish product with 101 movement type. It will increase the stock of finish material in inventory. (MB31) or automatic GR with production scheduling profile (OPKP) or control key.
