Hi,
We use SRM 5.0. We have 2 issues whenever Buyer deletes the cart at the time of Completion.
1. No Email is send to requestor to notify that the SC has been deleted.
2. Deleted SC is not showing up in Requestors Delete SC check status screen.
I appreciate, if somebody could let me know, is there any sap notes or any config to correct this behaviour.

is the mail set-up working correctly in your system ?
has the requestor got correct e-mail address maintained?
do you see any entries in the transaction 'SOST'? There should be an entry here with the completion mail ...

Just select Approver shopping cart -approver -display.
now you may get 4 check boxes like
rejection of application object
Approval of application object
Changes to Application Object
Deletion of Application object
