Hai Experts,

what is meant by Trading Partner, Vendor in XD01 ( in General data segment in Control Data screen) and how both are related with that Customer

Hi

If a customer acts as a vendor then you have to create vendor in XK01 and assign yhis no in that field

It is quiet possible from a same customer you can buy also certain things in that case he becomes a vendor to you

By doing so that accounts receivable and accounts payable can be seen in single screen from FI side

The raw materials can be bought from a person and you can sell the finished goods to him and this is a classic example

No idea about trading partner and i think instead of vaendor he is a trading partner and also a customer to you hence we do this assignment in XD01

I have not workeed on trading partner scenario
