I need to activate Xcelsius 4.5 on a new computer.
I always get back a message of "ACTIVATION LIMIT EXCEEDED".

Good question.

In the documentation at the above link, it reads
"If at any time during the activation process you receive an u201CActivation Limit Exceededu201D error message,
please create a post on the following forum thread. You will be contacted via email for assistance.
This should fix it for you. If you read the threads it does look like nobody responds but I'm told that a moderator or somebody from the Xcelsius team does monitor this and will contact you directly.
