Workitem is not triggering

Hi all,

I developed a workflow for PR levelwise approvals. In development client it is working fine. But when i am checking in quality workflow is triggering. but work item is not triggering. In event trace it is giving an error message in RFC status like 'Error during the retrieval of the logon data store'. Pls can anyone guide me in this issue.

Hi RV,

did you check with the Configuration settings for WF in SWU3 (QA system), if the RFC node is green.

check whether you have also transported customizing requests like the Agent Assignment which you must have done in your Development landscape.

Have you checked the WF builder wether Agent Assignment is green or not.
