Hi,

You can run a trace against that tcode in ST05, and then run it. After its done switch off the trace and analyse the data where its taking more time.

You can use the below link to have a good idea about analysing the data..(it talks about STAD, ST05 etc)

Few good points for ABAPers to follow while designing customized tcodes.
