Smartform customize paper size

I use smartform to print a label on Matrix printer (Fujitsu Dl3750).

My label has 33 char. width and 9 line height.

I define a format call tag1 and mention the size.

The abap programer use this format to do label.

My printer has defined to use sapwin device type.

This device type is associated to windows printer server who it's defined the special format with the size of the format in Sap.

When I print my label from Sap (smartform), I receive the label on my printer define in windows but my print ship page of letter size (11inch height), means print label ship the rest of page like I print a leter format.

I try nothing, need help

Your link is not related to my problem.

The problem seem to form of the tag is not transmit to the Microsoft Windows world to print the correct format.
