I am completely new to Business Objects I have downloaded and installed Crystal Reports 2008 on my system. But, I would like to know how I would connect this?
You can connect to a pc-type (MS Access) or a SQL-type (MS-SQL Server, Oracle, DB-2,Sybase,etc.) kind of databases as well as a variety of data sources such as universes, XML, etc.
If you are looking for type of connections then the 3 basic type of connections used to connect to databses like MS SQL Server, Oracle etc. are ODBC, OLEDB and Native connection.
