Notify Step does noe send Email
I have workflow with notify step which is not generating any emails.
Here is the configuration
I have 2 uesrs created in User table "A" and "B" with Admin role and with their respective email addresses
In the workflow.
Start --> notify --> process --> Stop.
Properties of Start step.
Check out - Yes , Timeout - 1 d
notification - owner, User A, User B, Launcher
Next step - Launcer, Split jon - Anyone
NotiFy step properties
To - user A, User B, Launcher, Admin
Subject - test, Body -Test
I have made entry in the mds.ini as
Mail Server=mailserv.ibm.com which works for other repositories.
The workflow is executed when records are imported.
It is not generating any emails. I do now know what is wrong. This has been discussed before. But It will be great help if you could give me your inputs.

When uisng the Notify step in MDM Workflows the Email is always send from the owner to th eother users.
- In your case the other users are also having the Admin role.
This may not be the exact cause of the problem,but just try creating two new roles and try assigning theses two users to these new roles and mention their User email id for each.
- After making the changes in the MDS.ini file you need to restart the MDM server.
- If your workflow is working fine on record creation and the owrkfloe is correctly saved in the MDM Client the the notify step should also work correctly.
