please help me. does tickets are issued by end user or core team members to support consultant. what tool they use to track this tickets.
In General Tickets are Raised by End Users. But, It Depends Organization / Company. In Some Cases Core Team will Raise the Tickets.
There is No Specific Tool to Track Tickets, as we told it Depends on Company / Implementer

to track the ticket every company use diff software it is not one specific software
