HI All,

One EE(Employee) was originally hired for MExico but later he was hired in USA. when originally hired; IT 0002 screen was different diffrent for MExico . He had Mr. as prefix there and the full formatted name came as Mr., George Josua. Now when this EE is convered to USA EE even though there is no Prefix as Mr. in IT 0002 the formatted name is still the same as Mr. Geroge Josua. Seems like its just cpying the formatted name from the old record. How do i Fix it. I appreciate your response.

Thanks,

Rashmi

most likely in your system the name formats for both Mexico and US is the same.

(Personnel Management>Personnel Administration>Personal Data>Name Format>Define Name Format)

hence you see the same title. if its different, although silly but please check if MR. is added as part of his Name..which i assume not..but just check.

also if you dont want Mr. you can just edit Infotype 2 and change it.

can u share what you shld be seeing for US which you are not seeing?
