Hi.

We can get many monitoring information from CCMS.

ANd then which is important as PI?

Within the monitoring templates in RZ20, look for a node called "Exchange Infrastructure". This node has MTEs for monitoring Queues, Messages and GRMG. All queue errors are reported in the MTE for queues, all integration engine related errors for a message like mapping errors, receiver determination error etc are reported on the messages MTE. GRMG will let you monitor the response time on the Integration directory, repository, runtime workbench etc. It actually does health monitor on the java components. It is suggested you make a copy of the "Exchange Infrastructure" node before making any changes like "Auto Reaction Method". There is a very good "How to" document in SDN which will guide with this setup.

so it made CCMS is an important part of PI.
