Crystal reports server authorization error

We have some strange error with our crystal reports server installation. We always recive error: Account information not recognized: Server CRS not found or may be down.

Yesterday all works fine.

Also i notice, that all CRS process runing well, but netstat -antup | grep 6400 down show that port is open.

There is no strange error in log files, accept:
