Excel (Office) 2007 and BPC

I currently have BPC version 5.0.502. Everything worked fine with Office 2003, and then I installed Office 2007 and Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12. Now when I click BPC for Excel from the launch page, Excel 2007 launches but I get a Microsoft Visual Basic error 'object library invalid or contains reference to object definitions that could not be found', and Excel opens with no action pane and toolbars except the login button (does not work).

Has anyone experienced this, and has been able to resolve it? Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this? Am I missing something?

Thanks

Hi Parminder,

When we got this error we used the below solution and it worked fine.

Go into a command prompt and type the following DOS commands:

> CD \Document And Settings

> DEL /S /A:H /A:-H *.EXD

Restart the machine.
