MICN Variants with Fiscal Period Start and End Dates

Is there a way to create a variant for MICN that would include the fiscal period start and end date values for the planned count date fields? I would like to run the transaction at the beginning of the period for all articles that are due for counting within that fiscal period.

I looked into that but since our period start and end dates do not always coincide with month start and end dates this will not work. We have function modules that will return period start and end dates but I'm not sure how they can be used to return the period start and end dates. Any ideas?

Yes you can do that but system will not allow for future period

to do go to the MICN transaction and hit save

here locate the field GIDAT and GBDAT

for each field select the selection variable D by scrolling right adn than in the name of variable field you can select appropriate option by dropn down.

1,000	GIDAT	P	0	0	0	0	0	0	D	@20\QSelect: Equal to@	First day of current month
1,000	GBDAT	P	0	0	0	0	0	0	D	@20\QSelect: Equal to@	Last Day of the Current Month
