CCM V2 Catalog item is not added to SRM system.

Hi srm folks,

I am using CCM V2 and SRM 5. my catalog call structure is as below

10 /srmbsp/sap/bc/bsp/ccm/srm_cse/main.do URL

20 SAP-CLIENT 300 Fixed Value

30 CATALOGID /CCM/MASTER_CATALOG Fixed Value

40 SAP-LANGUAGE SY-LANGU SAP Field

we used same call strcutred in production system and it is working fine over there. but some how it is not working in SRQ ( quality ) system. catalog items are not added to shopping cart.

Please help me this quickly.

Hi Vijay,

Can you describe in more detail what the issue is, i.e. with the described call structure, can you actually reach the CSE or do you receive an error like 'You must log on correctly before you use this application'. If no, and login is actually possible, please then tell me as descriptively as possible what happens to cause the error mentioned.

Also - I noticed that you do not specify user/password in the call structure, this might be somewhere where your systems are configured differently, i.e. check in SICF the login procedure used for CSE in the system causing the problem against that of a system working as expected.
