Business Partner Reported-by is not determined in service desk messages
I have configured service desk in solman 7.0 SP 15 . i have created business partners in solman.
Now the issue is when a message is created from R3 system, reported-by is not getting determined in the service desk message.
for some business partner who is having BP role as Employee is getting determined in Reported by field
For those business partner who is having general Business Partner is not getting determined.
My reqiurement is reported by is to be picked up automatically in the message.
Now how will i rectify this issue
1. By assigning Employee role to business partner will solve the issue
2. If so, how to assign the employee role for about 1000 Business Partners
kindly help me
