How to get the data in one report to another report?

Hi,

I am using RRI.I have customer number in the first report.when i clik on the customer number and go to my second report i want the customer address details there.

But right now i am not able to get the details of the cliked customer alone.How to filter the second report the with the data selected in the first report?

Your first reporting is calling report and the second one is going to be receiving report. In your receiving report you need to have a selection with customer. That way you can jump from the first report to the second by clicking in the first report.

I have a selection with customer in the first report.

For eg i have customer 3 , 4 , 5 in the first report...

i selected customer 4.now in the second report i want only customer 4 to be displayed...

Hi Ansari,

In the Sender/Receiver definition select the sender and give the right Assignment as Infoobject and give the Customer IO there. If you want specific record to select you can also do it by selecting the variable and which can pick up the required field information at record level and display.
