How can i create new attributes for organizational units?

I want to create new attributes for org units. For example i can see attribute "Division" only for the Sales Org Unit, i dont see "Division" attribute for the service organization. Say i want to create attribute "division" (or any other custom attribute) for the service org unit. how can i create this?

If I understand your question correctly...

Goto T-Code: CRM_MENU

Then Marketing -> Segmentation of Business Partners -> Marketing attributes.

Here you will have to maintain your attribute (and any attribute values for this attribute) and then either assign it to a pre-existing attribute set, or create a new one depending on what you want to do.

After you have done all of this, you can go into the business partner (T-Code: BP) for that service org unit, and click on the "Marketing Attributes" tab. Select the attribute set, assign it, and then finally select the attribute value you wish to have for this org unit.
