Activity Price For new Financial Year

Dear Sir,

We had defined Activity Prices using Tcode KP26 . This was done for the Financial Year 2008 . As our Financial Year 2009 has been started , how should we make the Activity Price available for the Year 2009 .

Kindly guide us about the steps to be followed so that Actvity Prices are available for the Fin Year 2009 .

Hi, You can have another option of copying the Activity prices to the new year through KP97. This seems to be better and you can change the prices selectively. This copying will happen very fast. Trust this helps much! Cheers!

For every 1st month of the fiscal year, you need to maintain the cost center and activity types relationship. For the next 11 months, it will come automatically. Therefore you would need to maintain KP26 for the first time

Those need to be planned via KP06 and KP26 for Y2009.

Hi,

If you have very limited no.of activity types you can plan manually in KP26 for new fiscal year 2009.

e.g

Version:0

From Period:1

To Period :12

Fiscal Year:2009

Cost center: 1000

Activity type :123

click on overview(F5)

enter fixed price 99.00

if you have large no.of activity types use LSMW to upload plan prices for new fiscal year 2009.
