Dear experts,
i have some problems regarding leave application.
an employee takes a leave on july'08 and applies for the same in the month of sep'08.
and he is allowed 2 do so.
now i want that if he applies after one month of his leave, he cant apply for the same. he can apply for the leave taken in the next month only.not after that.

This is not a general business process,
If it is there, you (Manager) has to approve it, and the corrections has to be done for that employee manually.
Because, already the paroll has been run and payments are made to employees. If any adjustments are there, they have to take care for that employee specifically.
This rule can not be applicable for all the employees always.
