Hi all
I have SAP B1 2007A with SQL2005. I have installed the Outlook standalone intergration on a single user note book that is connected to the network. When creating the connection to SAP B1 in Outlook 2003 I get the error that it is unable to connect to and obtain the list of databases that one would connect to.
Any pointers where I am going wrong?

Hi,
The problem is that Outlook Integration needs .NET Framework to work and it is not installed by the stand-alone Outlook installation. Please install .NET framework and re-install the Outlook Integration addon. It should work then.
Hope that helps,
Manuel

Hi Martin
Have you tried installing SQL Native Client on the laptop? Also try an ODBC connection under Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources ODBC, and see if the SQL server is visible and can be connected to.
Kind regards

Hi Martin
Is SQL installed on the notebook or on the server (network)?
Kind regards
