Hi
The requirement is, Once the RFQ created with a dead line as y day. Today we r receiving the offer from vendor.
When we try to maintain the price thro ME47 system should want to give warning or error.
How to configure this?

Set the system message 06 065 as 'W' or 'E', it may helps u.

After setting the msg as Error also system allowing the price entry in ME47.
