Dear Experts,
What is the other most relevant SAP module for a PP consultant to take up and why ? When should he really to take up this other module in his career as a PP consultant ? I am able to see many consultants without knowing one module fully, jumping in to other modules and scratching and breaking their noses ( I am one among them ) . Your valuable suggestions and advice please.
Regards,
Ram
Dear Ram,
SAP is like a big ocean and you can grasp whatever is possible.
For a Production person, PP module - is closely linked to QM, PM and MM modules certainly.
Since PP person understand Quality, Plant Maintenace and deals with inventory - QM, PM and MM modules can taken up. If a person is deeply invovled in planning and understands it, can think of APO also.
Once these modules are understood, can further think of SD, FI and CO modules also. This is what I feel.

Srini

Hi
To my opinion first priority is QM and second priority is PM.
As a Production person we can understand these modules better.
