Rework Quantity

if we give quantity more then required quantity in rework order still system is taking it. we want that system should give error message instead of warning message for it to restrict overconfirmation

Hi,

In tcode OPK4 - Define cOnfirmation parameters, select your plant & Order type.

In this 1st tab page select Over delivery - Error message when over delivery tolerence exceeds.

Now system will not allow to confirm excess qty & it will give error message.

In OPK4 - Define confirmation parameter, select your palnt & Order type. Select 1st tab page, select Over delivery - Error when overdelivery tolerence exceed

The Solution would be to change the Warning Messag to Error Message for the Message No. RU117

You can do it with the Transaction: OPJB: Change the Message Type for RU117 from W to E in OPJB

You want error message I miss understood you wnat warnning message. Please go through this Edited meassge. Thanks Dharma.
