Hello,
I have a particular billing document 6240253 which is not existing in the system , when I try in VF03.
Doc No's 6240252 & 6240254 can be viewed by the User.
Tried with Order Nos /Delivery Nos and thru FB03.
Suggestions to locate the particular Bill doc from system ?
Dear Sreenivas,
Please check with the user are they cancled the 6240253 invoice.
I hope this will help you,

Murali.

The billing document is not present in the system. Due to some problems related to updating of tables the billing document number will be generated but it will not be stored in database which means one document number is lost and no data for that particular billing document exist in database.

Some of the areas where you can check are
- run T.Code VF05N by just giving the billing date
- run J1I7, give Excise Group, Excise Transaction Type DLFC
- go to SE16, input Table VBRP, maintain "Created on" and execute
If you are unsuccessful in finding out the said billing reference, go to SE38, input programme RSDDCHECK and execute, so that inconsistencies in database tables will be updated
thanks

Hello,
I have a particular Invoice which was missing.
For the Number Range maintained for Invoices there is a OBJECT attached in T Code -SNRO.
The object for Invoices is ISP_RECHDR and it was mentioned in that the "MAIN MEMORY BUFFERING ALLOWED" & "NO OF NUMBERS IN BUFFER- 1000"
Let me assume that the Buffer takes some No's and stores them in buffer.
How to extract the Buffer and see which Numbers it has taken to Buffer?
Sreenivas Bhamidipati
Looks like you are working on IS Media. Genrally buffering is not done for RV_BELEG which is used in normal R/3 systems. I dont think it is possible to view the buffered numbers. I suggest you remove the buffering for the number range object ISP_RECHDR so that buffering does not happen.
Regards,
GSL.
