Unlanned consumption

Hi Gurus,

How can i book unplanned goods issue in repetative manufacturing.In descreet manufacturing i can do in order through mb1b using movement type 261.

Pls advice

Hi,

In REM, MFBF screen select component backflush radio button.

Put radio button PRopose components.

Enter the issue material, planned order & qty. Now system will post this qty by 261 mvt. That you can check in MB51 261 mvt.

The Planned then will be done against the Reservation which is created automatically when you create Production Order

If apart from the Unolanned quantity, you want to do goods issue of components against Production Order then you have to do it w/o Reservation because you can not create Reservation for Movement type "261" and for Production Order

In MB1A - Goods Issue > Others and use Movement Type "261" and Under "Account Assignment" Tab, use Order (Production Order )It depends upon the type of consumption as Unplanned. In rem bwe can do the backflush while posting the MFBF.

In Repetetive manufacturing this will be done by backflushing.
