Hi,

That clearly states that you have not made the required settings in the output type.Do the relevant config and later check.

Go to VP01, select the output type and select the sales organization. There click on blue lens and maintain a tick for the box against "Print Immed."

Hi

Your Basis team has to configure SMTP mail service and from your end maintain medium 5 External send in the relevant output type. The other prerequisite is that the email id must be maintained for the customer master.

In the selection screen of VF31 enter the Billing type and the transmission medium as 5 and process.

it is possible that individual invoices were already printed when these were saved and released to accounting.

in VF31, try choosing value '2' (repeat processing) instead of initial processing.
