ABAP Dictionary Conversions

Hi

M updrading the patches , as i stuck into patch SAPKB70009 n facing the issue realted to ABAP Dictionary Conversion . which is related to three tables

Table Index /OSP/T_REPMD5BKT ~ 001

SC2T327F363DFA4T ~ ESI

SC2T327F363DFA4T ~ KYS and if m doing it manually from the front end through the tcode SE11 m facing the below mentioned error.

*Index /OSP/T_REPMD5BKT-001 is not in the cust*

*namespace*

so pls tell me the way how to create index from the front end

At the time when m uploading the patch of Basis SAPKB70009 m facing an error of ABAp Data Converions ..

as mentioned above . So can you pls help me how can i make any kind of amendments in creating Indexes. How to create indexes in required table .
