Master Data & Cut Over Data Uploading

Hi Experts,

I have a general doubt in uploading the Master & Cut over data in relation with Material Master.

We are activating the Inspection Types in the Material Master while uploading the data.

When we upload the Cut over data like Open PO or any other Cut over data, will they get affected by the Inspection Type activation.

I heard, we have to deactivate the Inspection Types using QA08, before uploading the cut over data. Otherwise, Inspection Lots may get generated when we upload the Cut over datas.

And hence, we have to complete the Inspection lots to update the Stores Inventory. Is it correct. Please guide me.

Hi

yes,

all the po's will get inspection lots after GR

1. you need to remove it by QA08 or

2. you need to selc the stock type as unrestricted at time of GR
