Heading in CrossTab

Hi,

I have created a cross tab for two fields - list of "Inquiry Type" as row across count of "CallerId" as column for each row. I want to give a heading for all the row so that it can look like a n*2 matrix.

for example --

Inquiry Type Caller ID

abc 20

xyz 10

Total 30

I have given outline for Inquiry Type heading like a box.I have placed this cross tab in Footer part of report.

But the problem is that when I am trying to export this report in Excel format this heading is not coming aligned with the record and Outline is also not coming at proper place.

Please help me out.

Hi Deepak

1. Which version of Crystal Report you are using?

2. Have you checked 'Maintain column alignment' , 'Maintain relative object positions' and 'Export object formatting' options from the " Excel Format Options" from Crystal Report Export Options?
