Ad all room members to a subscription

Hi,

we have created a new subcription for our project room on the top folder for all documents. Now I would like to ad all room members as receipients to this subscription. I tried to ad the automatic generated user group: "ROOM_SAP Global Rollout_MAIN" which like I understand should include all members of my room. If I try to save, I reveive the following message: "The chosen channel is not valid for the following recipients: ROOM_SAP Global Rollout_MAIN" - we use Email as channel.

How can I ad the complete group of room members to this subscription?

Make sure that all users within created group is maintained with their respective e-mail addresses in their general information tab.

User Administration---> Select User-> General Information tab---> E-mail Address

ALso make sure that E-Mail channel is configured & enabled
