Error in Payslip

When i run the payroll with standard payslip , the total earnings and total deductions values are coming right.

But the total net salary is not matching.

For example

Total earnings - 21233

Total deductions - 1773

Take Home Pay or Net Pay - 12226 (Actual Net Pay 19460)

Iam getting this error for all employees, ihave added all the Earnings & Deductions Wage Types in PE 51. Is there any confgn req for getting the Net Pay.

hi

Please check wage types you have maintained at the deduction side. Do total of the earning and deduction side manually , you will come to know which wage type is creating a problem.

Do not rely on the gross total earning and gross deduction figure that come on payslip , as the total is derived from the wage type u specify in the PE51.

It is taking only Basic but not considering ramaining wage types, What should I do in this regard.

Basic 14000 PF 1680

HRA 7000 PT 93

Telephone 233

It is considering HRA and Telephone allow for caluclation of Net salary.

Hi,

First check Schema Log..........where the wage type will get displayed as where it is getting added in earning or deduction. also check table v_512w_d and check processing class with evaluation class with adding to gross or deduction from gross for each and every wage type
