error in philippines extended withholding tax

hi experts,

right now am configuring Exetended withholding tax for philippines country.

i have done some configuration for this, but problem is, i have given pesos 1000 as advance in f-48 then withholding tax calculated as 100pesos after that i posted invoice 2000pesos in f-43, than i have calculated tax on total invoice amount 200pesos while clearing advance amount to invoice amount in f-54, the withholding tax is not reversing in f-54 but it is reversing while giving payment in f-53 but it is not useful so please give me solution.

Select central invoice prop and min check at the payment doc level in the "withholding tax at the payment posting.

Through this config changes, Your requirement will fulfill.
